Malvasia is a straw-yellow wine with green hues, full flavour and characteristic aromas. The grape is handpicked in September. The taste of wine is fresh, moderate in a body with a long aftertaste. Malvasia is a wine with a pleasant acidity, moderate alcohol and intense flavour. The aromas are reminiscent of acacia flowers, citrus, exotic fruits and white pepper. Wine is macerated for three days and matured in a stainless steel container. We recommend it with fish, rice, white meat and fresh cheese.
